  • Play Dates (MONDAYS):
    • Dec: 9th, 16th
    • Jan: 6th, 13th, 27th
    • Feb: 3rd, 10th
  • Playoffs:
    • Feb. 17th
    • Feb. 24th 
  • Championship game TBD during WIN the week of Feb. 24th.
  • Intramural Basketball is available for currently enrolled Chaska High School & IAA students in Grades (9-12). You need to create your own team, minimum of 5 players and maximum of 10 players (no individual registrations). Each player must fill out and turn in a waiver with a parent/guardian signature prior to the start date.
  • $50.00 per person. $300 team cap (Make checks payable to Chaska High School)

  • Spectators are not allowed on the gym floor. All non-participants will watch from the balcony over looking the gym.

Each player must print this form and sign with parent approval prior to playing on a team. Turn signed form into CHS Athletics Office.

Roster Information

ONLY the team captain needs to print off this form and fill it out for the whole team. Turn roster into CHS Athletics Office.
