Link Crew begins with a powerful orientation day that makes freshmen excited about attending their new high school and allows them to begin developing relationships and strategies that will contribute to their high school success.
After orientation, Link Crew continues, providing a variety of both Academic and Social Follow Up Activities throughout the year. Academic Follow Ups are lessons presented by trained Link Leaders during visits to freshman classes; Social Follow Ups are events organized by your Coordinator team in which the freshmen and Leaders attend fun school sponsored social events together.

Seniors at Chaska High School have the opportunity to make their senior year OUTSTANDING.
The Senior Project is an opportunity for any Chaska High School senior who is in good standing in terms of academics, behavior, and attendance. Seniors can create a project that has meaning and depth, that challenges them and is of interest to them. Seniors choosing to participate in the Senior Project will follow a process using WIN time and with the support of a Senior Project Advisor and a community mentor. Seniors may be released the last two weeks of school to devote their efforts full time to completing the project. A Senior Exhibition just before graduation will celebrate the accomplishments of the projects.
