Welcome to Chaska Hawks Strength & Conditioning

Fall/Winter/Spring Strength training will be offered in the Chaska High School weight room . Students may use a specific program that works for them or one designed by the strength coach. If they do not have a program, one can be designed for them to meet their specific needs/goals.

  • Grades (7 -12) Boys and Girls
  • Monday – Thursday 3:05 – 4:35 pm
  • $50.00 per season (Fall, Winter, Spring)

 Fall Session – September 11 – November 92017

Winter Session – November 13 – March 8, 2018

Spring Session – March 12 – May 31, 2018

The programs begin on first date of the session. The participants should plan on bringing comfortable clothes and closed toed/athletic shoes to lift in. They will meet in the weight room at Chaska High School after 3:05pm to meet Barry and get their program set up for them.  They will receive instruction on the proper lifting techniques and have a program set up for them to follow during the session.  Each participant is different so number of days/week and the time it takes to finish a program will vary; Barry will be in the weight room Monday-Thursday from 3:05p-4:35pm (on student contact days) and the participants are allowed to come when they can during this time to complete their program.
